Job Description Summary: The ideal candidate with have medical oncology experience as an APP. Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree (Required)AANP - American Association of Nurse Practitioners - American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification BoardAmerican Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification BoardAmerican Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, CNS - Clinical Nurse Specialist - National Association of Clinical Nurse SpecialistsNational Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingOhio Board of Nursing SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Must have a current RN license and maintain this license from the Ohio Board of Nursing. Must have current Certification and maintain this Certification from a national certifying body (AANP, etc. . . ) Must have graduated from an accredited CNP program (Nursing and graduate of an accredited post-Master's Nurse Practitioner Program). Must have BLS Certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Three to five years clinical nursing practice in the acute care setting. Requires full prescriptive authority within two years of employment.
