Role: Legal Executive Assistant Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule Pay Rate: $27-31/Hour Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple Executives on their Legal Team. Job Responsibilities: • Scheduling appointments and taking notes during meetings to ensure effective follow-up with clients or other parties involved in legal proceedings. • Maintaining and managing attorney client files, including ensuring that they are organized and up to date. • Arranging travel arrangements such as flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for attorneys and other clients involved in litigation. • Edits and proofreads correspondence, presentations, and other documents. Demonstrates strong technological/document production skill. • Maintains subject matter level expertise in the Company's core applications. Understands and adheres to best practices. Requirements: • Experience in - 3+ years of Legal Administrative Experience • Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite • Soft Skills - Proactive, Adaptable, Organized, Precise, Problem-Solver, Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills • Education - Bachelor's degree required This Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
